We had a very comfortable stay in a clean room with fresh sheets, marred only by other guests smoking near our room. If there was a no smoking or designated smoking area away from the rooms, we may have given a 5 rating.

It's been a while since I have stayed at the Bungil Creek. It was still pretty good but it is now starting to show its age a bit.
