Property was central to my needs. When I booked, the photos on line must have been taken when the property was new, because it was very different in real life. The amount paid for the room was far too expensive for the facility. Should be only rated as a 3 star. The bed was the worst I've ever slept on. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

Good value but room was cramped and water from the shower made its way out and didn’t drain to the hole. Carpet around the bed (and under - dropped something und it bounced) was very dusty. Otherwise good for our purpose.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Novotel in Sydney Olympic Park. Everything was clean, pleasant and luxurious with 24 hour room service and a gorgeous spa bath. I have two little suggestions - change your coffee provider, I tried both the barista coffee and the machine coffee available for conference attendees and neither was drinkable. The other very small issue was that when using the spa bath, you have to be alert enough to fill two small containers (I used the bathroom glasses) with the shampoo and liquid soap from the shower recess as they are bolted in and not accessible from the bath. Apart from that (and the curtains that look as though there has been a massacre in the room) I would recommend the place very highly. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Shout out to Amir, the Head Welcomer.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, nothing was an issue. Great venue in the heart of Sydney Olympic Park, super convenient public transport options and an overall amazing vibe. Will be definitely staying there again.
