The hotel staff were notably friendly and helpful, and I have no complaints in that regard. Regrettably, there was an issue with the plumbing system that resulted in the water from the tap, shower, and toilet appearing black/brown and gritty. Although the water was clear on the evening of check-in, the problem persisted the next morning, even after running the water for an extended period and multiple flushes. This was not a pleasant experience.
