The only good thing about the property is location. The apartment condition is terrible. The milk packet in our room was expired three months back, like how can you not see that. The couch in the room is old, had some holes in it. We move the bed in bedroom and found so many things under the bed. Our overall experience was horrible. Please dont book it if you want a good stay!

Great location especially for little kids who can enjoy playing in the Broadwater Parkland’s amazing rockpools water play area. But bring your own shampoo and conditioner... also none of the lamps worked which was mildly inconvenient. Our kids also adored the pool on site.

Clean apartment, complex itself was quiet and residents friendly. Great heated pool with spa. Only down side is construction noise from building next door. Noise began at 6am Overall the area is great and the accommodation met our expectations
