We apologise if there has been a misunderstanding, because we cannot record that those issues have been addressed to reception, except the shower rail which has been fixed. And we would have been able to assist with your other concerns. We are also surprised about your comment about; it was quite run down, because we normally get many great feedbacks about the well maintained building and that you cannot see its 21years.
