Rooms were fantastic and great ambience, staff were superb in sorting us out with a quieter room the main issue was the quality of the bed which was average at best not a 5 star bed.

Excellent hotel and the staff were fantastic. The only downside was late at night on the weekends, with very loud music from the bar/club opposite, across the laneway. Also unfortunately there was no room service due to Covid and staff shortages, but the hotel provided an excellent alternative at The Grille around the corner.

Great Location. Air Conditioning was broken for the whole hotel and room was very hot one night. Did bring up fans but were quite noisey. Noticed the couch was scuffed an looked quite tatty in our room.
