I initially had a really bad experience here and it was more than one thing but...it just wasn't good. What matters to me is what was done about it because that tells me whether or not, as a guest/customer I matter to the Residence Inn. The manager, Mr Fisher, really was the one to turn it all around and I appreciated this. He listened to me and..there was a lot to hear...but he addressed each problem promptly and professionally and I felt after talking to him that it mattered to him, what kind of experience I and the other guests had and that made my impression of this location much better. I would take the rating down by 1/2 a star if I could just because the parking is really expensive and in my opinion, it isn't safe to put your car too far from this hotel so you might as well pay the extra $30 per day but...all in all, this was a positive experience thanks to Mr. Fisher and Jasmine-not sure if I spelled her name correctly. I would return to this location again and most likely just take a shuttle from the airport so that parking isn't an issue.
