This is the worst place I’ve ever ever been. It was disgusting, dirty sheets, dirty people soaked, and dirty towels in the bathroom. I was extremely scared. This place is on. There were holes in the wall and I wasn’t sure if there were people on the other side looking in it was very scary. I requested my money back because I could not stay there and had to book a new hotel room. I still have not heard back on my refund.

Paint was peeling and not done properly in the first place, lights were out, towel bar was broken, ac made tons of noise, window shades didn't close, hole in the blanket, shower curtain was dirty. Really poor conditions.

Do not go here! Disgusting ! Pictures are deceiving! Bad area. Pay the extra money and go elsewhere. Pool is not connected to hotel. I checked in and checkout never even stepped foot in the room. Place is for drug addicts and homeless.

The show faucet was broken the tv remote wouldn't work. The morning crew looked like they were high from the night before. I went to Mcdonalds because the so called breakfast looked like a science project.

Unsafe and Gross
I haven’t been in Colorado Springs since 2016. This hotel and area used to be quite pleasant. This hotel was dirty. The halls hadn’t been swept on the third floor you could see all the dust and food scraps along the wall. Plus all night a 3rd floor guest was in and out of his/her room every 30 to 45 minutes, slamming the door shut. My hunch is this person was selling drugs all night. TBH, the the only other people I saw in the lobby and other guest areas, appeared to be homeless people. there were several non-guests hanging around the outside of the hotel. Everyone and everything around the hotel was sketchy. The walls and ceilings are very thin and you can hear people walking as if they are stomping back-and-forth. There was not a safety latch to provide an extra lock on the door. This made me feel unsafe while traveling with my family. On the plus side, the check in and check out front desk clerks were both friendly and I enjoyed hearing Christian music being played upon arrival. God bless whoever manages this place… Management needs to become aware and stay alert.
