Just what you would expect a country pub to be

Pros: Staff were great. Comfortable, location, food
Location: Located in Kirk Yeltham , 7 miles from Kelso. This needs to be emphasised in the description on the Wotif website. Walking paths Pennine Way
We had a last minute booking and were very lucky to find this place. Located in the small charming village of Kirk Yeltham it was a great find. Very friendly and helpful staff, good pub meals and a welcoming atmosphere.
