This is a great property in a fantastic location, conveniently located to Case Western, University Hospital, good places to eat and great museums. The unit was very spacious and really had everything you needed. It was tastefully decorated and nicely appointed. I’m not sure If it was what I would call “luxury” but it was very very nice and I would still recommend in spite of some minor details. The “cafe” in the lobby needed to have its garbage removed. It was overflowing on both Sat and Sunday. I checked in on Sat and checked out on Sunday. By Monday morning when I checked out, they have finally taken our the garbage. The tenants above is were pretty loud. The hallways smelled like food. I get it, it’s an apartment building but if they are calling it luxury suites, they should deodorize the halls. Untucked sheets and a hole in the bath mat. Again, nothing big and it was otherwise very clean and lovely.

Although parking is not available from the property, public parking is located less then 1/2 block away price was 14.00 for the night. We loved that we were able to walk to anything we wanted on Case Western Campus. Plus this is right around the corner from their Little Italy...Yummy Food!

The property itself is amazing. It's located within a short walk to Little Italy restaurants and the Rail system that takes you directly to the heart of Cleveland AND the rail system is only $5 for an all day ticket. It's also very close to a ton of other restaurants and cool stuff to see like museums, churches, and parks. My issue is this. What they promise on Expedia is not what you get. They say that you have access to a gym, but do not explain that you have to pay $20 a day or $50 a month to use it. They say that you get free bottled water and what you get is 2 bottles of water in the fridge even though I stayed there for 18 nights (sounds like they could have provided 18 nights x 2 bottles a day of water in my fridge). They only give you 2 towels and there is no housekeeping. They provide 2 boxes of laundry detergent (powder, not liquid like the washing machine is designed for) and each box is only good for 1 load. When I called to get more towels, I was asked how many I needed and asked for 5. They responded with, "FIVE! Well I guess I can put the request in and see if we can do that or not." Also, I didn't get those towels until 2 days later. Also, they say that there is 24/7 front desk. This is not true. The "front desk" is a 1-800 phone number and when I called to complain about the false advertising, it went to voice mail and when I left my name and number, I never got a call back. Great place, horrible service. Bring your own towels and detergent.

Only reason I booked this was it was block away from my son's apt who was graduating from Medical Achool. Never got to stay...Hotel pulled a bait and switch and moved us to their other location on the other side of Clevelland. I suspect they rented this out last minute and bumnped us...THey get 2 stars only because they did refund our money (with Expedia's help, THank you Expedia) Will never trust Global....
