We don’t usually book at a hotel of this type, but needed to at short notice for one night. We have stayed at other 3 star properties who delivered a better property and better service. One frustration was that the rooftop facility advertised, which I thought would be great for an easy dinner option, is not available unless it is for a function. Not sure if that was made clear in the booking details or not.

OK hotel needs attention! Open the pool for goodness sake. It could easily be massaged into a 4 star hotel but hovers at 3.0 stars. PAUL Australia
