Pros: Central, quiet, so clean!
Cons: Traffic on riccarton road, can be hard to get into traffic.... not the motels problem though!
Great place to stay, close to university and student accommodation, Bush inn shops, riccarton mall and central to all the city. Very comfortable, clean, everything we needed. Quiet even though close to the road. This was a return visit.

Great motel conveniently located

Very comfortable. Close to restaurants and public transport. Proprietors extremely helpful. Well set up . We needed for nothing. Bed great.
