    Great place to stay, was visiting relatives nearby. Lovely setting on a pretty golf course. Staff really approachable and friendly. Rooms we had were just perfect, lovely modern bathrooms, good sized room. Breakfast was included, it was simple but did the job. Would stay here again for sure. Large free Carpark.

    This Hotel is good for the Golf Lovers. Even though we did not play Golf but Golf Course looks picturesque. But I must add at this juncture the RUDE AGRRESIVE UNCOMPROMISING attitude of the Receptionist. My Booking Itinerary is 7474148384171. Booking date 12.09.2019 for Classic Double Bed Room including Breakfast. But we were allocated a Disabled (Wet) Room. When we requested to change the room according to our booking. The Receptionist blamed Expedia for allocating the Room and we were told the Hotel is fully booked and there is no other room available. I informed the receptionist that I will contact Expedia. At about 10 PM as wee were getting ready for bed there was a knock on our door. The Receptionist informed my wife that she had come to discuss our complaint. My wife told her we will discuss in the morning.. Next morning at about 10:50 AM during our check out we were utterly disgusted and surprised for two reasons. 1. The Receptionist checked our payment details and informed us there was NOTHING to pay even though we had Dinner last night. I informed the Receptionist that the Dinner payment was not included and after a search she found the Dinner payment receipt.. 2. Next the Receptionist asked about our complaint. Again she blamed Expedia for room allocation. Her ARROGANT AGGRESIVE attitude surprised us. We never met this type of attitude. Most probably The Oak Royal Management train their staffs to behave aggressively towards their Guests!!
