Loved the accommodation, view from the balcony & the wine.
Thought the food at the restaurant could be improved.
choices were very limited for a large restaurant & the steak was tough to cut & eat.
Overall, 4 out of 5 score.

I paid $500 for one night stay with Breakfast to be honest the property from the outside and the restaurant area looks amazing but the room we had was definitely not 5 star and neither was the breakfast. I ordered a bucket of ice from my room called reception they transferred me to the kitchen I left a message as nobody answered had to go there myself to pick it up. The staff in the restaurant were great ‘Sarah you are a Champion’ both coffee machines weren’t working properly the pancake machine was empty it was continually waiting for things to be rectified. I stay at the Langham and Grand Hyatt Melbourne I find them to be cheaper to stay I think if you are going to charge these high prices then give me 5 star service. Probably won’t go back to stay as I found the rooms below 5 star standard and please fix the noisy aircon outside the balcony on the bottom floor 106 as it’s terrible sitting outside on the balcony with the noise cutting in and out

We stayed in a one bedroom spa room and loved the comfortable king bed. Was reasonably clean but there were food crumbs on the bench of the kitchenette and spa looked like it needed a good scrub.
We did a wine tasting and the lady was fantastic. She was the perfect person for the job - chatty, friendly and more importantly she was knowledgeable (and honest) about the wines so of course we bought some.
Lovely location, hot air balloons early in the morning.
Had a wedding on close by so this was a great place to stay. Overall we really enjoyed a few nights here.
