We were pleased when we realised the hotel was situated within walking distance to many of the tourist attractions. Eg Night Bazaar, museums,temples. It was easy to hail a Red Cab or tuk tuk too. The staff were quick to help us with any problems. We were able to leave our bags in the hotel after we checked out. We were catching a train much later in the day. They were only too happy to oblige. Also, at check-in, we were given an upgrade to a business suite.Appently there was a mix up with the room we’d booked. Occasionally we could hear our neighbour’s TV but it didn’t last long. Clean,comfortable hotel.

Nice hotel

It is a very nice hotel but the bed was hard so may need to request bed type. I also found that the walls very thin hear everything next door

Comfortable

Had a great stay, room comfortable and clean. Great pool and pool bar. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

Really good location.

The location was great the hotel was nice and well maintained. In our room the shower wasn't great, the pressure was horrible and it took a long time to get warm. Overall a good hotel :)

Comfortable hotel with a lovely looking pool area.

Pros: Crisp bed linen, very comfortable bed, very clean.
Cons: We were happy with everything.
Location: Central to eating out. We were not interested in activities nearby.
We stayed here after 2 nights in the jungle and on the Mekong. We were ready for comfort and air con, and the hotel certainly delivered! Very good location in town and staff were friendly, although on arrival the reception person did not understand English very well. The pool area looked amazing, but was unfortunately out of action, almost finished refurb, but it will be amazing and delightful when finished. (15 aug). Good breakfast.

Atrocious Service In An Ageing Dirty Hotel

Pros: The location is the only positive aspect of the hotel,having said that there are plenty of other accommodation options in the exact same vicinity.
Cons: After coming to Thailand for 16 consecutive years and stayed in 100's of hotels, i have never ever come across a hotel with such Atrocious service
Location: Location is good for the night baazar
Upon arriving at establishment, the 7 Porters in the lobby remained in the lobby locked in conversation with each other which was more important than their role in assisting clientele with bags. Reception/Check in was simply of a very poor standard and when we complained about the Porters in the lobby, the conversation was not addressed and brushed over. Our duration of 5 days consisted of the power going off on 2 occasions and we were stuck in a room with no aircon for long periods of time. We had to telephone the room staff as they forgot to replenish the bathroom with towels on a daily basis. The fitness staff and breakfast staff were absolutely terrible. Upon our departure of the establishment even after complaining to the hotels reception about the service of the Porters, we once again walked past the same porters whom were once again locked in conversation with each other and Customer service was far from their level of importance. We have never ever had reason to contact the management by phone at any other hotel in the past 16 years of consecutive to travel to Thailand, but we were not going to let this atrocious service go un noticed. The level of recruiting and training of a basic level of customer service, is something management need to address urgently.
