    Check in and check out was quick, efficient and friendly. Breakfast service one morning was terrible, no-one available to take order and I eventually found a member of staff (receptionest) who went and found someone to take not only my order but also for another couple of guests. We were there about 15 mins by the time server eventually was located. Not only that there were tables that hadn't yet been cleared. Apart from that hotel was very close to where we wanted to be which was extremely convenient for us. Location couldn't have been nicer as it overlooked the river.

    We will liked Riverview. But the room could’ve been cleaner. dust everywhere.

    Great first stay

    1st time stay at the Bridge, Very helpful and friendly staff, quiet room and nice and clean - HUGE breakfast. I'll be back

    Overall a good stay

    Overall the stay was good! Staff were very polite and helpful Bathoom cleanliness could have been better.... 2 hairs on the bath and a used sanitary towel in the bathroom bin from a previous guest!! Bed was lovely and comfy. Was great to have full access to sky tv. Only thing i can fault was the issues in the bathroom
