Suite not detail cleaned. Aircon did not work and request to fix did not work, no follow up in a boiling hot room. Bathroom not detail cleaned, towels stained and shower head rusty. No plates or bowls to eat off. Staff at check in clueless on how to use credit card machine, instantly asked me to get cash at 11.30pm at night to pay a deposit on the room which was very fishy.

Right in the centre of Chatswood so easy walk to shops, cafes entertainment. Lovely room with all expected amenities. Lovely staff. Highly recommended
