This house has all the mod-cons; WiFi, Netflix, a huge 65 inch smart TV, air-con, heaters, coffee machine and dishwasher for your convenience.

With so many activities to do indoors and outdoors, our large, spacious house, will be the perfect getaway for a weekend away. We also have so many beautiful outdoor spaces to explore nearby should you wish to get out and about.

As you enter through the lobby, you will see a fully equipped cinema room. In here you will find a state of the art, 65 inch TV with Dolby sound system. Use voice control to watch your favourite YouTube videos or browse Netflix for the latest film releases. Use the popcorn machine for the real cinema experience.

Outside, you will have the use of the sunny garden and swimming pool. Cook some lunch on the bbq or just relax on one of the loungers. The pool is cleaned before every stay and we provide a net for your convenience. Please note the pool isn’t heated and is an outdoor pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. We provide a variety of teas and coffees, along with UHT milks. We provide a handful of coffee pods for your stay, should you be a big coffee drinker, our machine takes Nespresso compatible pods, you are welcome to bring some from home. Our pantry is stocked with extras you may have left behind, such as salt, pepper, basic herbs and cling wrap.

Master Bedroom: 1 queen bed with en-suite and walk in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed with built in wardrobe
Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed with built in wardrobe
Bedroom 4: Bunk bed with double on the bottom and single bed on top.
Bedroom 5: We have a single foldaway bed that can either be placed in the cinema room (and used similar to a private bedroom) or in the master room. The foldaway bed is great for children or the budget-savvy. Please note the foldaway bed might not be most comfortable for adults, (although no complaints from guests so far), you may wish to bring your own portable bed providing you do not exceed our strict 10 guest maximum.

You will be just 4 minutes to the centre of Cessnock and 7 minutes to the first winery.

Linen is provided with your stay, and is professionally cleaned. We provide towels, one per guest.

You will find a selection of pillows around the property, down, low-profile, medium-profile, high-profile...there will be a pillow for everyone’s preferences to ensure a great nights sleep.

There is air conditioning and heating to the main living area with the reverse-cycle AC. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. We also provide 5 heaters for those cold winter nights.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
-Our home is not to be used as a party house. We ask guests to be respectful in regards to noise at all times as the house is in a typical residential street, with no outside noise permitted after 10pm.
-The house has a strict 10 guest maximum - CCTV does cover the entrance of the property and we are able to check guest numbers if we feel the need.
- No shoes to be worn on the carpets inside.
