Great location but paper thin walls in our room.

Pros: Location
Cons: the noise problem in the room.
Location: Close to the ferry and city centre.
The hotel is in a great location and our room had a lovely view of the lake, however our stay was marred by the thin walls in our room. Everything could be heard from the rooms next door. E.g. the bathroom, tv, conversations. I couldn't imagine that all the rooms in the hotel are like that, otherwise they would be inundated with complaints, however we did let Reception know about the problem when we checked out.

Central location, rooms v.nice but smallish

Pros: Central location, and a room with a lake view
Friendly and helpful staff, together with a nice quiet restaurant. Consider the half board fare which we thought good value. One complaint - the water pressure in the shower/bath is not good. Also, only a minor issue, one morning the breakfast food options (fruit, yogurt, croissants etc) were not restocked for some time and so we had to wait - this was an issue because we had a train to catch.
