Access to the hotel was a bit different - via a commercial driveway rather that driving straight up to the entrance. That said it wasn't a problem. Parking was under the building & plentiful. The receptionist, Tia (spelling?) was very friendly and provided answers to my questions before I asked. Very professional. My room was well-appointed, comfortable and quiet.

Very disappointed in Mantra and Accor. The king-size bed was the hardest I've ever had the misfortune to encounter. This combined with the fact that the AC unit couldn't cool the room down made for a very arduous and difficult night. I definately won't be staying here again.
