Absolute disappointment! We booked presidents suite with hot tub on the balcony because we loved picture of it on Expedia. Unfortunately Expedia took a photo of room top room, that was not available, so they gave us second floor room that was very outdated and had a small hot tub. Our room was not ready at 3pm, we checked in 1.5 hrs later only. Almost no shade at the beach. All sun beds are taken unless you want to wake up before 9am. Beach is good and water is calm. Food is very average, not 5* resort food. Wait everywhere because hotel is full to the max and they don’t have enough staff. We had Diamond package so lines were okay, but regular rooms wait for the buffers are crazy. Glad we only booked 2 nights.

The good and the bad
Room was nice. Housekeeping was Not good at all. The food was not so good, however loved the coffee shop and pastries. Diamond club alcohol was awesome. The spa was good. Overall I would rate the resort a 3. Also it’s not really a adult only resort, the listing was misleading on that.

I was upset when I realized my "all adult" resort was actually just a portion of the resort that was attached to a family resort. They had separate areas but if I wanted to see main shows, shop, go to the casino or eat at a lot of the restaurants I had to go to the areas that were for families and I wasn't;t thrilled about that. I like children, I just didn't want to be surrounded by them on this particular vacation. Felt kind of tricked once I arrived at the resort and saw the setup.
