Clean but not luxurious. Pillows could use an upgrade! Lulu and George, who work here, make the stay feel like family. Great location- just off the beach and close to restaurants.

After being assigned the wrong room on the 1st night, Natalie went above and beyond to accommodate me and get me into the best suite in the hotel. Staff are great, the location is ideal, the rooms are clean and a concerted effort is being made to enhance the property. I would recommend this hotel that is not a 4 star but has everything you need.

These guys gave away my room after I secured it with a pre-payment through Expedia. - I was screwed w/o a room in Mexico even after I pre-paid for it. They gave me a refund... but don't trust these guys. I showed up with Bags and 8:00 PM, and they told me "Tough Luck" under no uncertain terms. Reserver... beware! Preparyment means nothing to this hotel.

This property has obviously had no maintenance for quite some time. When I opened my sealed soap package it was gooey and dirty inside, it went straight in the trash! The plumbing fixtures looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The man who signed us in seemed completely unsure of what he was doing and did not give us the original room that was on our check in papers. I think others had complained that got there ahead of us and he just gave the rooms to whomever wanted them. The pool area was pretty rundown and the cushions on the lounge chairs were visibly dirty. Don’t go here unless renovations and maintenance are done in a large way.

This is a bare bones hotel. The property has not been maintained or improved for some time. The photos in the advertisement must be old because it is has a worn out look now. I guess at $62 a night you get what you pay for. The good items were; LuLu our cleaning lady was a joy. We were approximately 1/2 a block from the beach.

Best secret in Puerto Morelos!
Clean, basic room with comfortable beds, hot water in shower and Excellent location steps to the beach! Pool was refreshing-great value!
