RIU Cancún left us not impressed. The interior was very outdated with lots of rust and mold in the rooms. The walls were paper thin so you could hear someone sneeze. One of the dinning facilities (Miramar) even had a smell of mildew anytime it rained. The food was not great at all breakfast was always our best option. The staff and service was great always friendly and willing to help. The pools and beach were our highlight and that’s where we spent majority of our time. It would not be something we would consider again when we come back to Cancun.

I like the food. It was decent. Italian and Buffet. I did not like that this Resort did not have available food, just one open bar with horrible fast food. I did not like that we were on the beach resort and we can not go get food with our swim suit. I saw a terrible not polite Garçon mistaken a girl close with swimming suit and I saw drunk guy getting in for dinner with no shame and that girl could not come in for dinner. I appreciate Max, very polite, and very good server in the breakfast time. I did not appreciate I paid all inclusive when I get to the bar 11:55 PM to get drink the bartender says we are close. Very rude. This was my 4th time in Cancun this time it was not good, I will not come to Cancun to stay in this resort. It was my first and last time with Riu Cancun
