i enjoyed my time at this location.the bathroom especially felt like i was in one of the blocks bathrrom the shower head was half the size of me which i never seen before. very clean and tidy room. how ever there was an issue with parking as someone blocked me in and i could leave as no one knew who own the car thanfully another person staying manage to get my car out for me.

We had a reasonable stay - courteous welcome desk. Clean room, appropriate inclusions for the cost, value. Disappointing - one light in the bathroom was not functioning and the toilet cistern needed repair.

This property looked unkept and untidy outside. There appeared to be an abandoned vehicle outside our room full of rubbish in very poor condition. Reception friendly but cleaning staff not. I would not stay there again

I stayed here often as a public servant. It’s easy to get to on arriving in Canberra and is close to Civic for food etc. The room was small, at about 30 ~ 35 m2 (incl bathroom) with a queen and single. There was no space to put up the bag rack. No breakfast table. With 3 people it was like a squares puzzle to move around. Squashy. The bathroom door opened into the room and had no latch on it. When will these motels put power points by both sides of the bed so I can charge my phone and access it from the bed? The “fridge” was micro, sort of cool but didn’t freeze the cooler bricks and didn’t really cool the food. We threw out the meat the next day. I suspect it was a wine chiller, not a recognised fridge. There were a few spider egg sacks between the front wall and cupboard. by the front door. We weren’t asked for feedback when we left so I assume they aren’t interested. Ok for budget for a small family or couple but I doubt it would suit business travel any longer.

Beds were comfy, shower great along with shampoo etc. Only downside for us was an outside light being on all night right outside our room and the curtains didn’t fully cover the windows. Otherwise would come back again.
