Yes the hotel is of an older style which is clean and has very few rooms still with analog tv and set top box. As we have had few vacancies this season and to accomodate you we would have allocated you one of these rooms. We offer a large free carpark at the rear of the property and access to public transport nearby so some traffic noise is inevitable at the front of the property during the day. We would have liked to have known of your concerns whilst you were staying with us so we could best accomodate you.
As a guest of Villa Shangri-La, you'll find an outdoor pool, tour/ticket assistance, and barbecue grills. Villa Shangri-La also features a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock. Free self parking is available. This 3-star Cairns motel is smoke free.
