Excellent location

Zali, Amy and Nathaniel were awesome. Nice big comfy apartment. Everything within easy walking distance. Higher floor would have been great to get a better view. Had a great 5 night stay

Nice apartment close to all shops in central cbd

Our stay this time is better because we have a nice clean apartment compared the last year. The bed is very comfy like ours at home. We only have a short stay but good.

Close to great restaurants and bars near to shops

Pros: Close to everything, nice pool.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Pane e vino restaurant, Coles and a short walk to shopping and botanical gardens
Great stay again at these apartments. Close to a great restaurant Pane e vino Cnr of Albert and Charlottte. These appartments always clean and beds comfy. Near to everything. If eating at the apartment Coles just up the road. Will be staying again :)

Dissapointing

Paid quite a bit for a one night stay, was placed on the fifth floor, next to garbage shoot and pool. Very loud at times and the balcony over looked garbage bins. Disappointed to say the least

Perfect for families, great location

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. We were quite surprised about how spacious it was. It had everything we needed and it was well appointed. Trouble free check on/out. Helpful staff. My only suggestion is a snack/drink vending machine on the premises somewhere would be handy.

Lovely Hotel. Close to all things.

Pros: It was comfortable, plenty of room. Close to shops.
Cons: The walls were a bit bland when you came out of the lifts. Maybe some paintings. But the foyer was pretty, and the units were great.
Location: Shops, Easy Walk across bridge to South Bank, Pretty Parks.
We didnt know where we were staying. Nice surprise We were right in the hum of the shops. . Walking distance to bridge, over to South Bank. Hotel was quiet, soft comfy beds. Staff were very helpfull, but also very friendly , lots of smiles. Nothing was a problem. Thank you to the staff.

Great CBD Location

Pros: Proximity to everything, welcoming & helpful staff.
Cons: The lifts can take a bit of time but could be because the hotel had high occupancy.
Location: Great location to Eagle Street Pier and CBD, easy walk to South Bank. Cafe next door offering huge variety of meals including takeaway salads etc.
Stayed for 2 nights during Riverfire, the 1 room apartment with kitchen has everything you need. Very spacious inside, comfy bed and nice to have the balcony.

Crappy room!

Stayed here on a business trip. Very disappointed with room selection- bedroom door would not shut because of bed. Lights shining in eyes. Not a great sleep or rest before a massive day st work. Not happy

Nice stay however......

Room check in was quick and easy, getting the room beds sorted was quick, checking out was slow, AND I COULD NOT FIND MY CAR PARK FOR THE LIFE OF ME.

Pros: The rooms were spacious, clean and had beautiful views.
Cons: the parking
Location: easy to get to from the highway close to where we wanted to go
We were in a group of ten we had 3 rooms. We requested all rooms on the same floor, we ended up with 1 room on the 40th floor and 2 rooms on the 44th floor. It was a pain going up and down the lifts to collect members of our party from the 40th floor as they didn't have access past their floor. the lifts were busy at peak times.
