The hotel was neat and tidy with professional staff. The room may be ready for a refurbishment, predominantly the bathroom.

Visually pleasing hotel

Our stay in this hotel was not very comfortable at all, the staff when checking in was ok but was clearly not pleased to be serving me and my younger siblings. After a confusion we sat in the lobby waiting for our father when the security guards stood above us staring as if we were doing something wrong (which we weren’t) When checking out the receptionist was super nice and smiley to everyone else but to us was extremely rude and judgemental, it was disgusting. Apart from that the room was nice and clean and looked liked the pictures, our veiw was of scaffolding and workers which we didn’t mind all that much but the constant banging that started at 5am was very frustrating. Overall our experience was ok but everybody should be treated the same no matter there age, or what they look like.

Hi Teagan, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with such feedback. Were you able to speak to a manager whilst here with us? I was really disappointed to hear of how you felt during your stay. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss these issues further with you if convenient?

This hotel is located conveniently in the heart of Brisbane. It is clean and comfortable and reasonably priced considering the location. Staff were friendly and helpful which is always a bonus.

Staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to everything, including rail and bus services. Finished my stay with a fantastic Thai massage on the last afternoon of my stay.

I will not be returning to this hotel ever. To start with, I was not informed of the $45 per night parking fee, then about half an hour after we had settled into our room, we had other people open our door and say that this was the room they had just been given. Thankfully it was family and reception had just gotten confused with the surname but surely there should have been something to say that the room had already been checked in to. After going back down to reception we were greeted by a young French girl who obviously couldn't understand English very well as she kept telling my father that he had no booking after he had shown her his confirmation 6 times. She just kept telling him that she had 2 bookings under the same surname for 2 different rooms but she couldn't understand that they had checked us in to the same room. After about 20 minutes of explaining this to her she finally gave my parent the key to their correct room. We then returned to our room about half an hour after this only to find that our access card had been deactivated and we no longer had access to our room and our belongings. After another 20 minutes at reception having to explain to a completely different staff member what had happened we finally got back into our room. Fast forward to the next morning when we went to check out and we were told that we still had to pay our accommodation fee that we paid two weeks ago upon booking again! I refused to pay 2 lots of fees for a nightmare of a stay. If y
