Pros: Very little. The gentleman at the door when you drive in was very polite and helpful. I didn't manage to get his name.
Cons: The food and concierge service, cleanliness in bathrooms. My room had a plaster patch over a large hole in the tiles.
I was attending a 2 day event at this hotel with about 250 people. Stayed only one night. Many people had to wait at the concierge desk for a staff member to attend to them. This desk seemed very under staffed. Reception only interested in guests checking in / out, other than that they just referred guests to the concierge desk, where they then had to stand and wait for service. The hotel catered for Sat night dinner and Sunday Morning tea and lunch, buffet style. The meals were not enjoyable. The food served was not chef quality. The steak on Saturday night was tough, the Salmon overcooked. Both lacked flavour. Salads were average and vegetables just steamed and plain. Sunday lunch was some type of pineapple sauce over sliced pork. The pork was extremely fatty and tasteless, very little sauce in the serving tray, plain steamed rice, quinoa salad was tasteless. The only edible dish was the green salad. There were also cut sandwich rolls. Overall the food was very poor quality and not enjoyable. The bathrooms that were used outside they function room of our event appeared to not be cleaned during the event. The sinks and floor were covered with water splashes and they had run out of hand towels in the morning. I told a staff member about this and she said she "would pass it on"! Obviously staff do not check on these during events.

Hotel staff great. Onsite parking for $45 is a bit rich. Near rooms. Bathrooms a little tired and heavily marked.

Pros: Aircon and bath
Cons: So cramped and pool was not useable
Location: City close by
Very cramped space , with horrible views, tv not working when we arrived, but was fixed later. No pool facilities available, small bath tub , flooded bathroom when drain let out.aircon was great in the heat, room was clean, proximity to city excellent.

Comfortable hotel in great location

Stayed a couple nights and found location was great for shopping and Southbank. Room was very comfortable, clean and staff very nice. Unfortunately the pool was being refurbished but no huge inconvenience. Valet parking was great, check in fast and efficient. Will certainly return here if visiting Brisbane again.

nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Slow to get a response from room service. Did not specify additional costs, when called up requesting a rollaway bed.

Great location for cbd. Pool closed for refurb. Scaffolding around building. Room lacked a booklet listing hotel amenities. Checkout took 20 mins, most of which was in a queue. Overpriced parking.
