Good location , value for money.

Have stayed a few times now as location and price is right. Got noise complaint at 7.00 just myself and partner hardly a party just music not at a unreasonable level for time of day . Thought that was a bit rediculous only dissapointing thing.

Thank you for your feedback. I do apologise regarding the noise complaint. We have a large number of air crew that stay with us that have irregular hours but the Manager on Duty will always investigate prior to issuing a noise warning. We hope to see you again soon. Best regards, Daniel R

Nice close to the city

Not too bad, but room services were not very good. Facilities were good but not enough. No tea and coffee replace. Cleaning not very good but in a good time. Close to public transport. City, shopping center, river, restaurant and good location but I couldn't choose the level. The room had balcony but no view.

Dear Sou, Thank you for your feedback. It is disappointing to see that the room facilities did not meet your expectations on this stay. Tea and coffee replacement is a part of the daily service so I will address with the housekeeping team. Its great to see that you found the hotels location convenient. Best regards, Daniel R

Excellent value.

Excellent location almost next door to the hospital I was being admitted to, close to train station and city. Lovely comfortable beds. Nice atmosphere at the bar restaurant downstairs with views over parkland and city. Good value meals and room service.

it was a very good stay until check out. The person on the desk at check out was not very helpful. I was not told at any time that I would need to pay for parking. She was quiet rude about this. (When I checked in and asked about parking I was told yes we have parking but at no time did any staff member say I would have to pay for this. )

We appreciate you taking the time to review your recent stay. I apologise that the car parking fee was not communicated at the time of check in. It is advertised on all websites but should make up part of the check in process so guests are aware. I will address this with the front office team. Best regards, Daniel R

DONT STAY HERE

Pros: The beds were lovely
Cons: refer above
I checked in at 207pm specifically to ensure we were given a nice room as I was treating my daughter to a special weekend in the city. The room we were given was sooooo small, the curtains has nasal mucus on them, there was very old food on the floor under the beds, the basin and bathroom had silicon missing from around the basin, the balcony was so incredibly small and only the width of a small outdoor chair. The tv channels as advertised di not work on the first night. I am a airways gold member so I travel and I know hotels. Do not stay at this hotel if you have any desire to enjoy your Brisbane city stay, as a Brisbane boy i am disappointed and would expect this kind of crap from Sydney. As for the carpark, OMG If you don't believe me, then treat yourself. To the management and marketing team of this Hotel Urban Brisbane, my surname starts with A and I checked in on the 6/10/17 at 207pm room 205 or 206

Dear Phillip, It is disappointing to read your review and I apologise that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion. Our bathrooms and balconies are regularly reviewed as spacious but I do take your feedback on board. The car park is a challenge and we do make it very aware to guests upon check in, but are happy to assist wherever necessary in the parking of your vehicle. We do appreciate your feedback as it gives us direction on how to better our service standards and exceed customer expectations. Best regards, Daniel R
