      Nice building, great view, cool facilities & friendly staff. Unfortunately the floor & bathroom door squeaked.

      I liked it being situated so close to Fish Lane and the city. We loved the pizza oven. Also thought it was great the price included car park and thank you to staff for their flexibility with parking the car there on my last day. I hadn't realised staff were available 24/7 (need to update this - on line, it said reception closed at 6pm). We liked all the bits in the kitchen and the way the kitchen was laid out. Our fridge leaked pretty badly along the kitchen floor so we had to mop it up with a towel every day. I didn't like how noisy it was from the trains but I know that can't be helped. The thing we liked least was the bed - not firm or secure enough. Also would have preferred a proper double or queen bed rather than two single mattresses placed together. Also the toilet paper was so thin we had to use heaps. I would strongly recommend you change the toilet paper supplier. I found the pressure of the water average in the shower.

      Property is in excellent location for South Brisbane. Apartment was comfortable enough. Could have been cleaner (long hair found on dining chair). Good size bathroom and kitchen. Bedroom a little small and no place to put suitcases easily. Hanging space too cramped to bedside table. View of river from upper level (26) was good. Desk staff were helpful. Very good cafe at ground level.
