Every phone conversation and every request was met with skepticism and feeling I was not welcome like why are you trying get something for free just do as we say and be quiet don’t question us we are not here to serve you but to tell you how it is Anyway it takes a lot of my effort to tell you this and my time so hope you appreciate me telling you because it’s easier to just leave not come back I’m ambassador with marriott and spend more than 250 nights a year with them so you should realize I’m not an as trained client just venting.
