Charging $5 per night for unsecured parking, which was not mentioned on the listing. The restaurant was meant to be serving breakfast at 6:30 but food wasn't ready until 7. Housekeeping did not replace the used coffee cup and spoons in the room so I had to try and wash them up without washing liquid and tea towel. I have had 8 stays here over the past year and each time it has been worse.

Couldn't work out how to cool the room to sleep. Air conditioning wouldn't let me go below 20degrees. It was noisy. No window. Only a sliding door with no flywire or security door.

There was a constant noise coming from the vents,literally like a tumblr dryer in the room so we were unable to sleep.The problem was they knew of the issue but gave us the room anyway Unfortunate Staff were helpful (not their fault) Management is clearly lacking maintenance requests
