Staff were friendly and was in great location . However there was a few things not great. Bathroom had no power point, the entry cards interfered with the mobile phones so had to keep getting them re- issued, no bin in lounge kitchen area, the rooms were not cleaned only after I asked it was done. The check in took too long as short staffed - took about half hour., the lamp light globe broke after first day.

Like-Easy and quiet. Dislike- -webs in corners of the room -bed sinks in the middle -lighting in the bathroom could be brighter -rfid cards sometimes didn’t work unless you very slowly use the

The bed in my room was broken. The alarm went off at 4am. Rooms are nice, clean and quiet. I stayed there for a good nights sleep and wasn’t able to get it. Very disappointed!
