"Perfect location for Queenstown"
We stayed for two nights during peak season. The accommodation is right behind the town, next to the beautiful gardens and literally a two minute walk to the Lake. The staff were so friendly and helpful from arranging dry cleaning to letting us stay for an extra couple of hours due to illness. The rooms are lovely and have the perfect little balcony's so you can stare at the mountains and stars. Highly recommend staying here. Jess from Brisbane, Aus

"Rooms at street level receive high traffic noise"
Our stay was pleasant, close to bus lines. Wotif wants this review to be longer. Read what is in the other blocks, no need to repeat.

"Close to town centre"
PROS: Great location. - Close to town (no parking in the town so this was BIG plus). - Very very warm. Heaters are very efficient - Clean towels supplied every day and Room cleaned every 2-3 days. - Spacious comfy warm bed with powerful electric blanket (didn't need it with the heaters). Bathroom was spacious and clean, newly renovated. Decent WiFi good connection and fast. Decent sound proofing from street noise. Thick curtains block out light well. Staff were friendly and helpful, and quick to help you out. Cons: Very weak shower, like a dribble. Quite small even for a studio. Only one coin-operated laundry machine and 2 dryers. 1GB per day limit on WiFi

"Nice hotel but hidden charges"
The room we had was wonderful. However in the information given prior to booking we read "free wifi, free car parking". This was not true. Wifi was free only if you joined the Singaporean owners club. Otherwise $5 per night. Free parking was only out on the street. The parking under the hotel was $10 per night (I think the maximum was $20 but we didn't wait to find out). The view from our window was great but being hit with these additional charges was disappointing.
