I enjoyed being at the Resort. Staff were excellent and the property is obviously being improved. As refurbishment continues what it offers can only get even better

Loved the many things to do - inside and outside pools, horse riding, segways, cinema, day spa and they are building an ice rink! Loved that our windows opened as our aircon didnt work very well and it wouldve been very hot without fresh air

We are only continuing to add to these, including the recently opened ropes course Adventure Park and we are also creating an outdoor multi sporting facility on two of our four outdoor tennis courts! Our apologies for the air conditioner in your room not being at full capacity - all of our units have just undergone a full servicing (as part of our continual maintenance programme) so this would have been picked up and rectified. Stayed here about 30 times over 15 years. Stayed here through multiple different owners. This hotel in this location seems to have some special magic about it. Never fails to restore us - mentally and physically!

Hotel dated and staff were not very helpful and no where to be seen! We were there using the business facilities and we didn’t receive good service in that regard either. Was there about 5 years ago and it’s definitely gone down hill since then.

We have stayed at the Fairmont for many years now - my husband and I love it - beautiful surroundings and great atmosphere. The only thing I could say against it, is that we need to book when it is not school holidays.

Lovely hotel we enjoyed our stay!Facilities for kids are amazing, my child loves the swimming pool and the train ride. Breakfast buffet has lots of varieties.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The check in staff were lovely and informative. A concierge gentleman saw me at the pool blowing up some pool toys for my kids, he kindly offered to take them as he said they have a pump which helped! The seafood buffet was delicious. Unfortunately, my daughter was sick that night. It was not food poising as we all ate the same thing, but think she is allergic to shellfish. The lovely Manager on Duty (wish I knew her name) was so kind and made sure we were OK with fresh sheets and water. We will definitely come back! Thank you again for such a pleasant experience.
