Can not parse the staff enough. We booked a Superior Room, 1 King Bed, View (Garden or Valley Views). This room 314 for this price wasn't a superior room. We know this as my parents also had a superior room 306 4 doors form us and there room was not only much larger but also had a lounge. Which wouldn't fit in our room. To make things worse we also book for our daughter a Standard Room, 1 King Bed. This room was also much larger than ours with a lounge and much cheaper.

First kid free weekend in 4 year and it was amazing. Loved the feel of a larger resort but it was also nice and quiet. Beds were SO comfortable. We will be back with our daughter!

A very tired hotel. Should be knocked down. Start over and rebuild. Staff were great but let down by this dowdy building.

Magical View of Jamieson Valley

Room was quite dated and bathroom was very small for the room which contained 2 Queen beds. there was not enough hanging space in the bathroom for more than 2 towels and there were no face washers only hand towels that we had to use as face washers. The tea making facilities were located in a rather shabby brown cupboard and not very convenient to use. The Bed was very comfortable, no spare pillows, the pillows I liked, they were very soft but my daughter did not like them. We were going for a swim in the indoor pool only to find it was being used for a local childrens swimming class until 6:30pm, we felt this was inadequate for a hotel of this standing and were disappointed, also there were young children running around everywhere in the gym area so we just gave it a miss. The dinner at night was superb and so was the breakfast. The shop in the hotel was just great and the prices were amazing. The staff were faultless and would we return again - YES!

We also appreciate your constructive feedback - you will be pleased to know that we are currently in the process of replacing all pillows throughout our accommodation rooms so this will be much improved on a return stay. I apologies that the swimming lessons negatively impacted our stay. This is a local community service the resort issues and we have recently cut back and condensed the classes and are carefully monitoring the new timetable so your feedback is appreciated. We always ensure there are lanes that can be utilised for our guests, of course, and the spa and sauna are for guest use only. I am so pleased you enjoyed your dining experience at the resort and have shared your comments with our Executive Chef - thank you.
