We had a very leaky shower that required us to put down 2 bath mats to keep the floor from getting soaked when we showered. House keeping was great! We requested robes and slipper for use to go to the pool and after an hour called to see if they were bringing them and the said they would send someon up with them. After another half hour we just went to the pool and changed there as we wasted time waiting.
