1/curtain de railed(was already partially), and too high to fix for us or staff. 2/We were moved to another room for 2nd night because of curtains not closing., with a downsized bed, from which we were in the first night. 3/ A woken at 12.30am with major banging on hotel front door, and side door and man had been locked out your supposed to call reception number which in turn transferred to duty person, however, the number had not been forwarded. We were up with 2 other (female)residents who answered my call to reception ,my partner and the 2 ladies eventually let the man in, who was frozen. (We did not know if he was a resident, hence the delay in letting him in)So hence not much sleep after that and not one member of staff to be seen. 4/ Breakfast seems to be 2 different methods, help yourself one morning, and get served nxt one....6/10 for breakfast. 5/Lastly No Apologise....ever!! Not one from, im assuming the duty manager, for the shambles the night before. No responsibility taken, for anything. Very ignorant and couldnt care less attitude. This is a value for money hotel, with added features!! Not for everyone. TV,s far too small for rooms.
