For a deluxe villa it didn’t seem to be deluxe. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms were too noisy to leave running through out the night. Toilet was dirty when we arrived. Heat lamp in bathroom was blown. Lots of little things wrong.
The facilities were wonderful. So many options for the kids.

The Good:
- Plenty of activities especially for kids.
- 3 different pools, 1 with a slide.
- 4 spas.
- has a bar and bistro.
- Staff are quite helpful.
- Laundromat.
- Mini-golf and basketball/tennis court.
The Bad:
- Room I stayed in had a broken doorknob on one of the doors.
- Room fans were dirty.
- Very busy even though I stayed during the week and not during holidays.
- Mini-golf course is badly damaged (it effects your shot)
- Basketball hoops have no nets.
- Spas were closed and under maintenance almost my entire 4 night stay, and when open one was broken again that same day, leaving only one operational out of 4.
- A little bit noisy depending on when and where you sleep.
- Shower had mould in hard to clean places.
- Expensive food and drinks.
- Bathroom for the family cabin was too small.
The Ugly:
- Free wifi was horrible and was not worth using at all, in fact it barely worked.
- Underside of the toilet seat was filthy. (poo stains)

Great value for money located next to Harbourtown Biggera Waters. Fairly clean inside, inside is a little tired, otherwise value for money for 7 ppl @ $225 in Feb 24’. No hesitation to recommend & we would stay again if in a large group.
