Pretty good
This hotel is pretty cool. Rooms are spacious and clean although there isn't much around the area if you're hungry in the middle of the night. Staff are helpful and polite but some seem more lax about needing to see your hotel card before handing you your key (the key comes with a huge and very heavy 'keychain' that cannot be removed so most people leave the key at reception rather than lug it out all day and you're provided a card with your name and room number to show when collecting your key). Note: this hotel does not have air conditioning which might be a huge nono for some. We contacted wotif about it before we got there and they managed to get us a portable air conditioner which was perfect.

We are sorry that some of our staff was not cautious enough when handing out the keys to the rooms. Please be aware, that this is no standard and will be discussed with the colleagues.
There is no built-in air conditioning in our rooms, you are right. But most of the rooms are equipped with ports for portable air conditioners. Our staff will be pleased with providing one of them if needed.
