Our house with 60qm floor space and 600sqm garden, located in the district Treptow-Köpenick of Berlin in the district Müggelheim in the immediate vicinity of the Müggelberge, the Great Müggelsee, and other lakes and the Berlin city forest.

It is divided into two separate bedrooms with kitchen in the living area and separate bathroom and toilet.

In 30 minutes you are in the center of Berlin, the capital of Germany.

Whether exploring the capital, hiking directly from the house, swimming, cycling and boating, there is something for all ages to experience.
Relax with your family from or in Berlin.

Klein aber fein
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) waren sehr zufrieden. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt (Küchenutensilien, Spülmaschine, Föhn, Waschmaschine gegen kleine Gebühr uvm.) Weiterhin sind im Garten eine Dartscheibe und eine Tischtennisplatte vorhanden. Außerdem konnten wir den Eigentümer bei Problemen oder Fragen immer erreichen. Eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

War perfekt für uns
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und das trifft es. Wir wollten Berlin, Kultur und Natur unter einen Hut bekommen, und diese liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, ein Raumwunder und alles da, besser geht es nicht. Hervorzuheben sind der schöne Garten, war eine Wohltat von Berlin heim zukommen und Polster auf der Hollywoodschaukel, der Liege und den Sesseln in dem Garten unter Bäumen vorzufinden. Ein Grill war vorhanden und wir haben es geliebt dort zu essen. Was auch gut war, zwei Waschbecken im Bad, macht es einfacher wenn man zu fünft ist, danke an den Vermieter, dass wir kurzfristig noch die Freundin unseres Sohnes mitbringen durften. Somit haben wir alle Betten benutzt, und jedes war super bequem und bezogen, Hand und Duschtücher hatten wir auch, und eine Geschirrspülmaschine, zwei Räder, und nahe am Müggelsee und Langersee herrlich war der,mit der Buslinie 169 total schnell in Köpenik und von da Welt offen nach Berlin, Wannsee, Potsdam. Und dann abends diese Idylle im green Garden. Die Eltern des Vermieters, sind auch sehr nett und hatten gut Tips, herzlichen Dank von Bayern nach Berlin

Klein aber fein
Kleiner Holzbungalow mit 2 kleinen Zimmern, einer kleinen Wohnküche mit Schlafcouch (das 5. Bett) und einem großen Bad. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine sowie WLan vorhanden. Wir waren zu fünft mit 2 Hunden dort. In der Anzeige wurde das umzäunte Gelände betont, weshalb wir dies für unsere Hunde aussuchten. Laufen lassen durften wir die Hunde jedoch nicht, da in der Umzäunung ein weiteres Privathaus drin war. War für unsere Hunde nicht so schön. Vor den Bungalow ist ein Grill, Tischtennisplatte und Sitzgelegenheit. Der Bungalow liegt mittig zwischen Großer Müggelsee und Langer See, diese sind fußläufig in 20-30 min zu erreichen und bieten auf dem Weg schöne Waldstrecken. Zum Aldi und der Bushaltestelle Richtung Innenstadt sind es 10 min zu Fuß. Für 5 ist der Bungalow eigentlich zu klein, würde ich so nicht noch einmal buchen. Der Kontakt zu den Eltern des Besitzers war sehr nett. Sie wohnen in der Nähe und waren so lieb uns früher rein zu lassen, da wir eine Autopanne hatten und das Gepäck unterbringen mussten anstatt wie geplant noch gemütlich vorm einchecken die Gegend zu erkunden. Herzlichen Dank hierfür.

Haus schön,Garten verkleinert-entspricht nicht der Beschreibung
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.Der Freisitz ist auch sehr schön.Jedoch wurde in dem „schönen Garten „ein Haus gebaut und somit war das Ambiente ums Haus herum nicht so schön und es gab auch Baulärm.Wir haben uns auch auf den Garten gefreut,da wir einen kleinen Hund dabei hatten.Jedoch gab es Lücken im Zaun und er konnte abhauen….

Passend, um Ausflüge zu starten und die Natur zu genießen
Wir haben das Objekt gewählt, da Freunde in der Nähe wohnen. Das Objekt ist nicht von der Straße einsehbar und bietet daher nachts Ruhe. Störend könnte der Fluglärm am Tag sein. Da wir tagsüber unterwegs waren, haben wir erst abends etwas davon mitbekommen und es nicht als unangenehm empfunden. Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig mit Allem eingerichtet, was zum Leben notwendig ist. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zur Umgebung: nicht weit der Unterkunft kann man den Müggelberg besteigen oder an den umliegenden Seen entspannen und baden. Die Wege sind gut für Radler geeignet. Bis Berlin Mitte sind es ca. 30Minuten mit dem Auto oder per Bus/S-Bahn ca. 45Minuten. Mit der Öffi Fahrplanauskunft -App findet man problemlos den Weg in die City. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden sich in ca. 400m Entfernung. Aldi, Norma und Netto mit Bäcker. Downtown Garage bietet neben leckeren Burgern auch andere amerikanische Leckereien.
