The hotel was ideally located just behind the High Street with lots of facilities in walking distance. Room was fine for the purpose, lovely self service breakfast with large selection, private car park.
Complaint is that the signposting for the hotel is appalling. The address says High Street but you can’t actually see it from the High Street so you end up driving past. It’s hidden behind The Giggling Squid - there is a paved walkway to it from the front (only evident on foot and once you know where it’s licated!), but if you’re looking for the car park then there are no signposts to it - it’s randomly accessed from a confusing Waitrose & Public Car Park. So if you’re parking here, look for Waitrose and it’s car park.
