After traveling for 6 weeks in multiple hotels this was a pleasant surprise and we wanted to stay longer. Everything was just so easy, so comfortable, so nice. Easy check in, large room, excellent t facilities, excellent staff. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Health Club / gym area for patrons to use although cleanliness of the pool was a bit dodgy.

Location wise it was okay

Had three nights here, overall the staff were good, the restaurant was great and would definitely recommend it to visitors but the rooms were basic, bed uncomfortable, would look elsewhere if I were to visit Cardiff again.

I was sorry that the bed was not to your prefrence, we usually get feedback on just how comfy our beds are. We have recently installed mattress toppers for extra comfort.
