Property is in reasonable condition though bathrooms getting a bit rundown and grout badly needs proper clean/scrub. Beds were made up with just sheet (no blanket/quilt) available for kids. Hair dryer blew and was replaced. Oven smoked the hole place out and set of smoke alarms. They sent someone up with a fan and discussed sending someone to check the oven next day - didn’t happen, didn’t communicate anything. 2 meals ruined and not so much as an apology. Overall -good facilities and nice staff but need better maintenance of apartments. Probably overbooked and not enough staff to deal with it so avoid peak times. Avoid ground floor units as noise of people coming/going and carrying on outside isn’t great and windows not double glazed. BYO block out blinds if you have kids as street and facilities lights shine straight into the rooms, there are no curtains and blinds were missing and in disrepair.

We had a such a great stay at mantra. Kids loved the pool and everything was within walking distance. However, the first disadvantage was that none of the windows had blockout blinds so it was hard to get a restful sleep with light from the street peering through, as well as the mornings by 6am everyone was up including the kids. Second thing we noticed was the main bedroom with ensuite, didn’t have any air conditioning and was on the opposite side of apartment to where the air conditioner was mounted to the wall so was impossible to cool down before bed time, which is what we had to do each night for the kids room. Pretty minor, wasn’t enough to ruin our stay we still very much enjoyed ourselves. Thank you.
