For an additional fee, in season, a temporary transfer of the owner’s membership to the private Beech Mountain Club is available. The Club offers golf, tennis, pickle ball, outdoor heated pool, recreation area, children’s playground, club house and restaurant.
The top level of this home has a living room with a new stone gas fireplace, WIFI/Fast Internet, 3 TVs, 2 DVDs, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, etc .– ALL with a spectacular 180 degree unobstructed view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. A grill is available during the warm season.
There are two bedrooms with Queen beds and a Queen sleep sofa. The Master bath was fully remodeled in April 2018 with a Soaker tub/shower, high vanity, and porcelain tiling. The Main bath was fully remodeled in August 2019 with a tub/shower combination, high vanity, and porcelain tiling --all ideal for a maximum of 6 people.
The lower level has a foyer/mud room with a Storage closet for your ski, snowboard, and hiking equipment. There is also a utility/laundry room.
