I would have rate this place 4 star but when checking out, it was a bad experience(below) so I gave it 1 star. I have good and bad to say about this place but the review is limited by words. Lastly for the VIP access, the upgrade is disappointing. Same room size but higher level only. No benefits. The incident happen during 1:20pm 24 jan 2024. Female receptionist. First when I checked out, she was talking to the colleague when I’m standing infront of the front desk like in invisible. Then with her annoyed tone, yes how can I help you? So I proceeded to check out. She asked us to wait 5mins. A couple mins later I ask how long more would you guys need so I can call my taxi? She gave me the annoyed stare and said 5 mins, STARTING NOW. After that, She said I drank from their mini bar. Which I explained the bottle was taken out day 1 so I wouldn’t accidentally taken it and place it back where it was when I left the room on the last day. She insist I took it. She hand me a piece of paper I assume it’s a receipt and tick all the drinks she said I took and ask me to sign it. I said why should I sign for something I didn’t take? She rudely said I had to sign it and I can just write at the side “ I did not drink “. Will I get charged to the deposit? I honestly don’t know. But I got forced to sign for something I didn’t take. And for this type of rude hostile behaviour, I will not recommend anyone to visit this place until the staff are well trained to handle guest.
