Very modern , good service and friendly staff. Would recommend the place if you go to Khon Kaen. Music at pool was a bit loud.

Location:Handy to plazas in house shuttle. Taxis readily organised to everywhere.
With 35 years of travel for business and leisure THIS IS The Best Hotel Team I have ever encountered. Service in every area of the hotel excels - restaurants, kitchen, bars, pub, lobby, reception you name it. Loved it !!! Food was Great and a Happy Hour at the Pool Bar. This is the place for service, rest and no headaches. BIG Name Hotels should come here and Learn Something !!

Upon arrival we received a guest card setting out the restaurant hours. It stated that several would be open after midnight. This was untrue. The only place open after 10.30 pm was the noisy, boozy tavern,
We had planned for a late meal but had to contend with room service. This upset us as I had promised a Wok restaurant meal based upon the representation contained on my guest card. There was no wine list in the room. It took 15 minutes for a wine list to arrive. we were asleep by the time dinner arrived.
I was later told the guest cards were out of date and had not been reprinted. At least the front desk could have advised of this upon check in.
We checked out the next day. Unfortunately the gym guy decided to turn himself into a bell boy and proceeded to check out our females while flexing physique. Pretty sleezy.
