Riversleigh was lovely the old historic building was wonderful and outfitted beautifully however there was a lunatic across the road in Norton street who played loud music late at night and very early morning around 4am this ruined our stay unfortunately.

Hi Peter, We are really sorry you experienced this. Unfortunately, we can't control what happens outside of our premises. It is usually a very quiet location so close to the main shopping and waterfront. Being it was the Grand final long weekend, we assume someone had a party. Again very sorry and we hope to see you again sometime.

A real 'Hidden Treasure'! Wonderful ambience, and restored to a very high standard of authenticity and cleanliness. Convenientlyclose to the river, shopping centre etc.Highly recommended. Our recommendation to a neighbour has them planning a stay.
