Sovereign Hill and St Patrick's Cathedral are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Lake Esmond and Lake Esmond Botanical Garden. Park Lake Gardens and The Tangled Maze are also worth visiting. Our guests appreciate the hotel's quiet location.
It was very pretty and the rooms were lovely. Only problem is the doors were too thin so you coukd hear it when people returned to their rooms late at night and it woke you
We had to walk down several steps to get to our rooms. While this was not a problem to us it would have been very difficult for elderly people to carry their luggage down the steps. There were no bedside lamps in our room. However the location was ideal for us.
Very friendly staff. Room exactly as described. Convenient location
The shower and beds were filthy, I asked them questions on the phone about adding a bed and they said I could do it, then got there and they said we couldn’t anymore and made up stupid excuses which cost us $300. There was no plates or cutlery in the room.
