Honestly would not return to this hotel again. Rooms were old, cleaning staff woke you up knocking on the door early in the morning to clean your room. Beers were $5 each. Staff weren’t very helpful. I travel to Bali twice a year and definitely won’t be back

Gr8 location, Gardens beautiful, Food is very average for a resort , staff need to be more attentive to customers , pool conditions very average due to guests not being considerate & leaving bottles, cans and rubbish lay around. Music should be for the guests attending restaurant, Not for all to be discomforted with ( too Loud) Tile areas between pool require artificial turf as it will burn your feet.

Have stayed here 8 times now as central to everything , the staff are awesome and can’t do enough for you , the facilities and food are great , the rooms however need updating , they are clean just getting a bit tired and old , they seem to be updating section by section , but our room this time was definetly in need of attention , the grout in bathroom was a turn off and the toilet blocked a few times , but they did fix each time it blocked , straight away , would I stay here again ? Most certainly but will ask for updated room .

Mini suite no bigger than a normal double hotel room. Not enough umberellas around pool considering temperature is so high in Bali. You Need to get to pool and reserve chair ealy in morning. Some people put towels on chairs to reserve but don't use them all day, leaving ohers without seating.

Nice hotel pools & grounds excellent, restaurants average & a little pricey for Bali some room blocks have a drainage problem toilet blocked 5 times in 1st week but when we complained to assistant manager he moved us straight away & gave us a free dinner so we were happy with that. Overall a place I love to stay.

Ideal location to central Legian and the beach.

Our stay at Jayakarta was ummm...Average!!! Room was clean, staff were beautiful. However, not realising how large the resort was we found it incredibly busy. A fight for beach lounges and a fight for a table for breakfast. Rooms were a hike from pools and dining....and Pools only available from 8am-6pm. Early morning swim or evening cool down not allowed!!?? Meals met good standard however breakfast not providing for some staples ie..mushrooms, tomatoes, hash brown etc (mainly directed toward Asian dining) Unfortunately we cannot return when we next come to Beautiful Bali. Will look for something a little more intimate.
