Very friendly and welcoming staff always going above and beyond Great environment, clean pools , beautiful food always feel safe there with our family Rooms are perfect beds are hugs and very spacious Widy and Suchi provide great pride in giving you and your family the best stay fully recommend for all bali stays

The adjoining room that we had with another family next to us kid was very noisy kept knocking on the door especially very early in the morning we got asked to move to another room which they accommodated pretty promptly which was great to see also breakfast was pretty average could have been a bit better for a four-star resort also the gym area very small and not very accommodating especially for people that actually training use weights rather than that the staff were great the resort is situated in a great area very close to everything and was very clean we'll consider staying again at some stage if the price is right I think was a bit expensive for what it is

Centrally located between Seminyak and Kuta. Hotel staff professional and friendly. Hotel older but presented well Some rooms are very tired and need some renovations, especially the bathrooms. Rooms were quite big and needed some more cupboard space and PowerPoints. Pool area very picturesque with a friendly vibe.

Renovations + Closures

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
