Avoid this hotel

Pros: Not a single thing.
Cons: Spend some money upgrading rooms and facilities!!!!!
Location: Hotel was removed from main Nusa Dua area nothing close to walk to. Best bet would be to hire a motorbike if you were staying here.
Old and tired hotel, room smelt from drain in bathroom, air-con above bed leaking water down wall,and mould growing, hate to think what was growing in bed mattress. Staff were nice enough but service very ordinary. Breakfast ok but everything luke warm little things like running out of cups and glasses, cutlery etc. Place run like a backpacker joint.

Dated hotel lacking management.

Hotel was booked based on the photos; however we found the current condition was not the same. Most things ordered off the menu were not available, both drinks and food menu. Pool was clean but icy cold and dangerously slippery around the edges. I witnessed 3 ppl falling incl. myself. Clean towels were not always available and service was very slow. Worst Bali stay to date (8 days!) Had to change rooms for a list of reasons.

We had a great stay at the hotel the staff where really good and helpful any requests were seen to straight away. we had a small issue with our room they came gave us 2 other rooms to choose from with no fuss we were moved straight away.

Cheap, but also further away and seems run down.

No wifi internet connection for our stay. Such a loud (and broken) hot water system that I had to request a room change for the first time in my life. They did change, the room without trouble.

Comfortable Stay

Very good hotel. Kid friendly too. Loved our stay. Great service and lovely people. Spa is very good.

Beach & Bali Collection too far away from Hotel.

Pros: Access to the pool from our room was very good.
Cons: Some music in the evening in the lounge would be very good.
Location: Nothing to do nearby. Location very poor.
Very limited English spoken by hotel staff and therefore very difficult to explain any problems or advice.

Great location, accessible to our needs

Pros: The location of the Hotel is great, is has easy access to where ever you wish to go in Bali and with the new Toll bridge is quicker to get anywhere.
Cons: Could not think of anything to improve except that a lot of times when we went to breakfast the food was cold and should have been hot.
Location: As previously mentioned, location is fantastic, close to where ever we wished to go, not over crowded and you are not being pestered by hawkers.
The location of the Hotel is great, is has easy access to where ever you wish to go in Bali and with the new Toll bridge is quicker to get anywhere. Taxi access is close to the hotel so no long waits. Breakfast is fantastic as you have loads of variety to suit all clientele. For those little emergencies a shop next door for the late night goodies. Loved the pricing, the smiles and helpfulness, would come back again. The open foyer/lounge is a great area to have a relax with your cocktail and would recommend the hotel if you want good pricing and great service.

Nice hotel friendly staff. A bit isolated you need to take transport to go anywhere even a shop. Spa services overpriced but for $3 you can get a taxi to the local shops and get the same spa services for a quarter of the price. Pool was green when we arrived but gradually over a few days it became clear. Overall good value for the cost of the accommodation.
